SCHEDULING: Ash-B provides service by appointment only. Notification required for missed appointments (30) minutes prior to your schedule to avoid a loss of service or a return travel fee of $30.00.
CANCELLATIONS: Text a message or call us (30) minutes prior to your appointment from your cell phone only and submit 01. This will automatically cancel and reschedule your service without a loss of service or return travel fee of $30.00
LATE ARRIVALS: Late arrivals not exceeding (15) minutes prior to your scheduled appointment will receive an exterior spritz service only with notification. Ash-B will provide your normal schedule service if we are late…even if it requires rescheduling by customer service.
PAYMENTS: All service plans must be prepaid prior to initial service. Plan 3 must be prepaid quarterly by the 25th of the month at the end each quarter to avoid interruption of your service. This includes out-of-town absence, vacations, and vehicle repairs. NO REFUNDS. Any service that is cancelled by ASH-B due to non-payment or late payment will not be issued a CREDIT SERVICE or make up service once payment has been received without approval from Ash-B customer service.
Ash-B will issue credit service only for missed appointments including, out of town absence, vacations, and vehicle repairs. Any credit service due will be applied to the original invoice vehicle only. All credit services due will expire at the end of each calendar year or once your service has been terminated with Ash-B.

ASH-B assumes no responsibility during our service for the following
a. Acts of vandalism
b. Natural disaster acts
c. Incidental Accidental damage.
d. Collision/Comprehensive (not at fault) damage
e. Removal of over spray paint or abnormal elements.
f. ASH-B service providers will not remove nor dismantle any child safety seat.
g. ASH-B provides service for Mercedes-Benz only.
